Important Notes for Summer Coconino II 


Shavings will be sold through Coconino Horse Trials! Please include with your Entry.   Shaving are $11 a bag. It is STRONGLY recommended that if you want pre-delivered shavings put them on your entry form! 

Drawing for Volunteers!! Great Prizes - including a free entry to CCHT!!! We need your support - and it is appreciated!!!

Early arrival to fairgrounds is an option but must be arranged for in advance by secretary and extra stabling fees apply.  Please add payment for all extra days stabling to your Summer I entry if you are competing at both horse trials. It is $40 per night.

Camping is $25/night per rig & $20/night per tent and must be included with your entry.  A pass will be included with your packet for display on your rig.
  • Any incomplete entries WILL be charged $35 incomplete fee and there is a $40 Late fee. This includes missing USEA numbers, payments, qualifications, etc. FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY. 
PLEASE TAKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TO WRITE A NOTE TO FORT TUTHILL COUNTY PARKS - LET'S LET THEM KNOW WHAT COCONINO HORSE TRIALS MEANS TO YOU - AND HOW THEIR SHARING IT WITH US AFFECTS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! FORMS WILL ALSO BE IN THE OFFICE - WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND THEM!
A limited number of GOLF CARTS are available for RENT - Please contact ALICE SARNO if you would like to reserve one!!!


The X/C course is closed for any Schooling two weeks prior to the Fundraiser and any licensed Event!

 XC closed May 12th through July9th!
